male Chihuahua puppy in Akron, Ohio For Sale

I have a male Chihuahua puppy, I drove to new York state to pick him up. After getting there, the owners told us they couldn't get his records from the vet, as it was on a Sunday. So, I do not have any of his records But was told he is up to date on shots. I paid $350.00 for him, not including the gas to go there. The previous owner told me he was 11 weeks old, when we got him in March.
