The chair is functionally in excellent condition.
The gray cloth seat and back are in fair condition with no tears or rips but some small stains. The stains can be cleaned with a steam cleaner or a canned upholstery cleaner (OxyClean, Woolite Upholstery Cleaner, Scotchgard Spot Remover).
The base has 5 rotating wheels, all in good condition.
